Rôle de la SoBAA : Project management for conducting studies for the complete water management development of 2,937 hectares (500 hectares in the Pendjari Valley and 2,437 hectares in the Niger Valley). 3500 Ha (dans la vallée du Couffo et de l’Ouémé), et pour la réalisation de 80 retenues d’eau (20 à réhabiliter et 60 à construire) à buts multiples sur toute l’étendue du territoire national.
